Plume Moth
Wed 2012-11-14
From back in midsummer: a plume moth, probably Stenoptilia pterodactyla (Lepidoptera: Pterophoridae), based on the brownish colour and the white fringe on the outer part of the leading edge of each wing.
Photos taken in the field below Chazey Wood, near Caversham, UK, on 2012-06-28.
