Lauxaniid Fly

A male Pseudolyciella stylata (Diptera: Lauxaniidae).  Identified using Schacht et al's 2004 translation of the key in Shatalkin, 2000.

The genitalia of the males of this species are very distinctive with their very long asymmetric paramere:
