Moth

A 5-spot burnet moth, Zygaena trifolii (Lepidoptera: Zygaenidae).  The following image shows that each forewing has 5 red spots:

In the 6-spot burnet moth, Zygaena fillipendulae, the spot nearest the wing-tip is double.
