Crab Spider

A crab spider, probably a Misumena vatia, on a buttercup flower (Ranunculus sp).  The females of this species can be either white or yellow, depending on the colour of the flower they are on.  See here for a white one.

Photo taken in Whiteknights Park, Reading University grounds, Reading, UK, on 2010-05-21.
