Lauxaniid Flies

From last year: a pair of Lauxaniid flies (Diptera: Lauxaniidae) mating on a nettle leaf.  I don't know the species nor the genus.

Photo taken in the Wilderness, Whiteknights Park, Reading, UK, on 2013-09-28.
