Robber Fly with Prey

From back in early summer: a robber fly, probably Dioctria rufipes (Diptera: Asilidae). Its prey is a ichneumon wasp, but I have not been able to identify it.

It is definitely an Ichneumon wasp and not a sawfly because another photo I took from a slightly different angle shows the characteristic narrow waist.
