A Stick-Like Capsid Bug

A particularly narrow-looking capsid bug, Heterotoma planicornis (Hemiptera: Miridae)).  The peculiar antennae and green legs are characteristic of this species.

Photos taken in Whiteknights Park, Reading University grounds, Reading, UK, on 2009-07-25 and 2009-07-10, respectively.
