Orange Fly

This small orange fly caught my attention by the way it was hurriedly walking around this leaf, flashing its wings as if it was trying to attract attention of a potential mate.  Based on a search through Diptera.Info, it is probably a Geomyza sp (Diptera: Opomyzidae).

Photo taken in Whiteknights Park, Reading University grounds, Reading, UK on 2009-07-25.
