Ladybird and Tachinid Fly

A 7-spot ladybird Coccinella 7-punctata (Coleoptera: Coccinellidae) and tachinid fly Eriothrix rufomaculata (Diptera: Tachinidae) on a thistle head (Cirsium sp.).
