Orange Ichneumon Wasp

From last summer: an ichneumon wasp (Hymenoptera: Ichneumonidae), possibly a member of subfamily Ophioninae.

A moss that I haven't identified growing on an old tree stump. The water droplets on the stalks are overnight dew. The black sporophytes (lower centre) appear to turn brown (upper centre) before bursting open (see top left) and scattering their spores.

From last spring: a fly, possibly Pegomya bicolor (Diptera: Anthomyiidae). The thin abdomen probably indicates that this is male.
I seem to remember that it was this photo that made me realise that I might not be completely wasting my time photographing flies, that I might get more than a blur if I took care.
