Another Tephritid Fly

From last summer: another Urophora stylata (Diptera: Tephritidae), this time a female.

Also from a year and a half ago: a male Urophora stylata (Diptera: Tephritidae) on a thistle head (Cirsium sp).

From a year and a half ago: a male scorpion fly, probably Panorpa communis (Mecoptera: Panorpidae) based on the markings on the 'sting'.

From early this February: a caterpillar, probably of the large yellow underwing moth, Noctua pronuba (Lepidoptera: Noctuidae). This species overwinters as a caterpillar which comes out to feed on warm days.

The asexual form (anamorph) of Hypoxylon howeanum (= Hypoxylon howeianum) growing on a fallen branch from a beech tree (Fagus sp) an oak tree (Quercus sp).
I took this specimen home with me but it didn't yield any spores:
