What I think is a Braconid wasp (Hymenoptera: Braconidae) on a leaf mine on dock (Rumex sp). The wasp is probably laying an egg on the fly larva that made the mine.

What I think is the aecial stage of pear rust fungus, Gymnosporangium sabinae, on the underside of a leaf (presumably of a pear tree).
